Hello to our all-important vendors!

Welcome to the 2nd Annual West Coast Bike Rally. We are looking forward to an awesome weekend for all. We are encouraging you to get set up the day before to alleviate as much foot traffic as possible on Saturday morning. You are welcome to come in on Friday, October 12 th from 9 am until 5 pm to set up your “booth”. There will be someone at the gate area to check you in and let you know where to set up.

There will be security on property overnight on Friday. Obviously, if you are not comfortable leaving physical items out overnight, just set up the booth and then the rest can be done on Saturday morning. Again, we are just trying to get as much done ahead of time to make the Saturday morning set-up go smoothly.

The gates will open to the public on Saturday promptly at 10 am. You are welcome to arrive at the fairgrounds anytime after 7 am that day. We have made significant changes to how the fairgrounds are set up since last year. Those of you that were with us for our first year, you will probably not be in the exact same location, but fear not, it's going to be AWESOME!
