West Coast Bike Rally October 10-12, 2008

Contract and payment must be received by June 20, 2008 I (we) are applying for space as a vendor in the 2008 West coast bike rally event at the manatee county fairgrounds. We accept responsibilty for setting up and tearing down of any items needed for display of our product. And we will abide by all rules and regulations required by the fairgrounds and the west coast bike rally inc. SET-UP BY 3 PM FRIDAY OCT 10 TEAR DOWN BY NOON MONDAY OCT 13
No additional charges will be incurred unless we request help( set up and/or tear down). We are required to supply our own display, materials, lighting, tables and equipment. Electric will be supplied if needed
